Tropical Garden

There will be 427 apartments in three separate buildings in Tropical Garden. Apartments are from 25 sqm studios to 85 sqm 2- bedroom apartments. With combine, the larger ensembles are possible. CONDOMINIUM

Siam Oriental Condominium was finished in December 2007, when the first customers moved in. There are mostly condos from 32sqm to 35sqm in this building. On the ground floor there is a Minimarket, laundry, swimming pool and a Finnish sauna, and a real estate agency.

TWIN

The second and the biggest building operates as the center of Siam Oriental Condos. Finished in 2010 this 7-storey building has 78 apartments from studios 32sqm to 200sqm four-bedroom penthouse. On the street level there are restaurant, sauna, gym and The Finnish School of Pattaya. In the basement there are an area for vehicles and a straight access to the elevators.

GARDEN

The third building of Siam Oriental Condos will be completed in the end of 2012. This 8-storey building has altogether 79 apartments. Parking spaces are located on base level and the street level has a lovely pool area. Sizes or apartments vary from 35sqm two-room apartments to 68sqm three-room apartments.

ELEGANCE

Elegance is the fourth building of Siam Oriental Condos. There are 79 apartments. Large sun deck is on the 7th floor. There is a swimming pool and a garden on the 8th floor. The construction works of Elegance are planned to begin in June 2012 and the apartments are ready to move in at the end of year 2013.

ELEGANCE 2

Elegance 2 is quite similar to Elegance. There are 76 apartments. Swimming pool and sunbathing area are on the roof. The second sun deck is on the 7th floor. Elegance 2 is located on the same street as the other buildings. The construction works are planned to begin in summer 2013 and the apartments are ready to move in at the end of year 2014.

GARDEN 2

Garden 2 differs from its location from the other buildings. It is located also in the valued area of Pratamnak in the end of Soi 2. In this building there are 74 apartments. There is a swimming pool and a sunbathing area on the 7th floor. Parking spaces and premises for business are located on the ground floor. The construction works are planned to begin in summer 2013 and the apartments are ready to move in at the end of year 2014.
